Raccoon Mountain Caverns requires that each person going on a wild cave expedition / tour must sign a liability release waiver. For your convenience, we have made these forms available for download by clicking on the appropriate button below:

Adult Waiver (age 18 and older)

Child Waiver (age 17 and under)

Parents must complete and sign the Child Waiver for each child participating on an expedition / tour. These waivers are provided in Adobe PDF format. They are only loadable through Adobe Reader.
